Placing an order for Backorder Stock puts you in front of the line and ensures that your order will be fulfilled at the moment DHVANI receives the next production batch. When you place a Backorder Stock order, your DHVANI product(s) will automatically ship at the earliest possible time.

Your DHVANI order ships when all products are in stock and ready to ship. For example, if you order 3 in-stock DHVANI products and 1 “Backorder Stock” DHVANI product, your entire order of 4 DHVANI products will ship in approximately 4-6 weeks when your backordered DHVANI product is available.

To receive your in-stock DHVANI products immediately, we recommend placing your order for these products separately. If you’ve already placed your order, please send an email to orders@dhvaniwear.com and we will go ahead and split the order on our end and ship your in-stock DHVANI products immediately.

Unfortunately, DHVANI does not cover stolen deliveries.

If your shipment tracking shows “Delivered”, please contact the courier used for your DHVANI order and notify them of the missing package.

Packages left in publicly accessible areas are at risk of theft. If you may not be home during the delivery window, we recommend that you make arrangements ahead of time for your packages to be delivered to a secure location.
