What is your return / exchange policy?

All DHVANI products are backed by our 30 Day 100% Money Back Guarantee. That's a full 30 calendar days from the day your order is delivered.

Before sending your products back to DHVANI, please emailorders@dhvani.com to initiate the process.

Simply return your DHVANI products in still-new, unworn and unwashed condition with all tags and bags and we will handle your request as soon as your package arrives. Returned DHVANI products in used condition and/or with missing tags or bags may be ineligible for refund or exchange.

Where is my order?

When you first placed your DHVANI order, you received a confirmation email. Please search your email inbox for "DHVANI Order" and it should come right up. Click the "Check Order Status" button in the email and that will take you to your order tracking webpage.

What if I need to change my shipping address (or make any other changes)?

Please contact us atorders@dhvani.com with your order number and new shipping address and/or any other changes to your order.

When will my order ship?

DHVANI products typically ship within 1-3 business days. DHVANI products that are "Backorder Stock" generally ship within 4-6 weeks (often, backorders ship sooner than this).

What does "Backorder Stock" mean?

DHVANI products marked "Backorder Stock" are part of our next production batch and generally ship to you within 4-6 weeks. By popular demand, you can now purchase Backorder Stock and be guaranteed the soonest possible delivery of our most popular products.

Why should I order "Backorder Stock"?

Placing an order for Backorder Stock puts you in front of the line and ensures that your order will be fulfilled at the moment DHVANI receives the next production batch. When you place a Backorder Stock order, your DHVANI product(s) will automatically ship at the earliest possible time.

What happens if some products I order are in stock and some are Backorder Stock?

Your DHVANI order ships when all products are in stock and ready to ship. For example, if you order 3 in-stock DHVANI products and 1 “Backorder Stock” DHVANI product, your entire order of 4 DHVANI products will ship in approximately 4-6 weeks when your backordered DHVANI product is available.

To receive your in-stock DHVANI products immediately, we recommend placing your order for these products separately. If you’ve already placed your order, please send an email toorders@dhvani.com and we will go ahead and split the order on our end and ship your in-stock DHVANI products immediately.

DHVANI says my order has been delivered but I cannot find it anywhere. What’s going on?

DHVANI ships your order through one of the following couriers:

  • United States Postal Service
  • UPS
  • DHL

All DHVANI orders are shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation, with the weight and contents verified at the time of shipment. If your shipment tracking shows “Delivered”, please contact the courier used for your DHVANI order and notify them of the missing package.

Packages left in publicly accessible areas are at risk of theft. If you may not be home during the delivery window, we recommend that you make arrangements ahead of time for your packages to be delivered to a secure location. Unfortunately, DHVANI does not cover stolen deliveries.
